Biochemistry Department was started in the academic year 1994-1995 and elevated to Post Graduate Department by offering M.Sc., Biochemistry in the year 1998-1999. Biochemistry is the scientific study of biomolecules of the cells, such as DNA, RNA and PROTEINS. It is in plenty of job opportunities for the students who aspire to take up the job in the field of Protein engineering, pharmaceutical industry, fermentation technology, tissue Culture, Rural Biotechnology, , Vaccine preparation, medical lab technician, medical coding and Drug designing etc.,
